About the role

Join the Singapore Wealth Solutions Operations team, providing end-to-end support for controls across operational processes and procedures covering Wealth Management products in GBS. You will work with stakeholders across corporate actions, settlements, asset transfers, account maintenance, tax operations, nostro, and sundry and suspense reconciliation, while supporting product managers and country and group projects. This role suits someone with banking experience who is detail-oriented and comfortable managing risk and stakeholder relationships.

What you'll do

Work with stakeholders including CMPS, product managers, GBS hubs in KL and India, contact centre and client experience teams, compliance, finance, and auditors to meet business and operational efficiency targets

Assist in collating, preparing, and submitting weekly and monthly key MIS and project updates to management

Manage frontline queries and activities related to equities processes, including settlement and corporate actions

Review client queries and complaints related to equities with frontline teams

Review reconciliation breaks to ensure timely resolution as part of balance sheet reconciliation and substantiation for Wealth Solutions account balances

Validate and attest sundry and suspense accounts against WM TPSS on a daily and monthly basis

Review DOIs from country and GBS teams to ensure policy and procedure adherence and sufficient controls to mitigate risk

Manage preparation, printing, and mailing of advice and contract notes, and process general query instructions covering account opening and tax operations queries in BCP coverage scenarios

Assist the Head of WSO SG in governance of processing hubs, custodian and third-party service providers, including service and periodic risk reviews, and manage queries on operations, governance, tax, regulatory, and statutory issues

Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's values and code of conduct, taking responsibility for ethics and compliance, and identifying, escalating, mitigating, and resolving risk, conduct, and compliance matters

Requirements

3+ years experience in the banking industry
Diploma or degree in business, banking, finance, accountancy, or a related discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Proficient in AI
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail with risk management judgement
