SNR/STAFF SHIFT ENGINEER LEAD, TD MFG DEV ENGG

About the role

Lead and coordinate shift-level process development and operations for assigned areas, acting as the bridge between real-time shift execution and TD strategic objectives. Supervise engineers and technicians, set area priorities, and resolve shift-critical issues such as lot holds, dispositions, excursions and tool downs. Partner with TD 1st Shift, HVM Ops and cross-functional teams to maintain process stability, yield protection and operational excellence. Provide technical guidance on complex process and equipment issues, using data-driven analysis to drive root cause resolution. Manage team performance, coaching, training and development while ensuring safety, quality and accountability.

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering
• At least 5 years of wafer fabrication industry experience
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis and SPC/process control knowledge
• Knowledge of yield, defect mechanisms, process interactions and GeRM risks
• Ability to lead shift teams in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work permanent 12-hour day or night shifts
