Social Media Manager (Sentosa Cluster)

About the role

You will plan and run social media strategies for a cluster of hotel properties, managing monthly content calendars and multiple social accounts. You will create photos, videos, Reels and Stories, and write copy for audiences such as weddings, corporate meetings and MICE. You will also run paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, track performance, and report on engagement and ROI. You will work closely with sales, marketing and hotel operations teams, and maintain brand standards and a digital content library.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related discipline
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in social media, content marketing or digital marketing
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts
• Proven track record running paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Hands-on photography, videography and editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva)
• Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and scheduling platforms
