When
You will manage the intake process at the clinic, working with community partners to enrol pregnant mothers and coordinate services for eligible clients in the KidSTART@KKH KIDS 0-3 programme. Duties include administering consent forms, gathering information in line with PDPA and hospital guidelines, and attending to enquiries and phone calls. You will engage with antenatal patients, families and colleagues, and work with Medical Social Workers to assign enrolled patients to the Wellbeing Coordinator or Community Health Visitor. You will also maintain documentation, complete reporting requirements, and attend in-service training to keep up your competency.
