About the role

You will manage about 25 active cases per quarter, mainly of low to moderate complexity, conducting assessments, planning and interventions. You will hold case conferences with partners and attend networking and case management meetings. You will also handle case referrals and take part in the intake and triage team to assess referred clients. In addition, you will network with other organisations, support community outreach initiatives, and be part of the group work programme team.

Requirements

Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work
Internship or placement experience in related areas considered
Understanding of social work values and ethics
Understanding of work with vulnerable populations such as low-income families
