You will oversee soft services such as transportation, cafeteria, waste management and landscaping, and coordinate vendors to ensure service delivery. Your daily work includes planning preventive and corrective maintenance, conducting site inspections, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You will also handle service contract renewals, train vendors on GMP and data integrity, and support facility-related requests from employees and clients. The role involves preparing monthly management reports, attending site meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulations and audit standards. You will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to maintain a safe and efficient GMP environment.
