When
Own end-to-end solution design and delivery for Facilities Management and Multi-X pursuits across APAC, ensuring proposals are technically sound and operationally deliverable. Lead requirement-gathering and service-delivery gap assessments, and design organisational structures, performance metrics and processes aligned with client scope, SLAs and KPIs. Work with pricing leads and subject matter experts to keep commercial and delivery plans aligned, and review proposals for accuracy before client submission. Develop RFP narratives, solution write-ups, transformation roadmaps and implementation plans, and present solutions to senior client stakeholders alongside Sales Leads. Support teammates on complex pursuits and contribute to team-wide consistency in quality control.
