About the role

You will join SMRT's recruitment team, partnering with hiring teams to find, attract and secure talent for the organisation. The role covers high-volume and specialised hiring, and you will also represent the company at recruitment campaigns while helping to improve recruitment practices. It suits someone with recruitment experience who enjoys working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

What you'll do

Work with HR business partners to establish recruitment needs and requirements
Build strong working relationships with hiring managers, advise them on market trends and help them identify suitable candidates while keeping hiring fair for everyone
Run the full recruitment cycle, from planning sourcing approaches and arranging interviews to salary discussions and making sure candidates complete pre-employment checks

Develop and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking and referrals

Deliver a positive experience for candidates at every stage

Support employer branding efforts and represent SMRT at recruitment fairs and events

Help review and improve recruitment processes, including sourcing approaches, candidate experience, workflows, forms and templates

Assist with preparing and reporting recruitment metrics

Maintain proper knowledge management so the team can share information easily

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
Good knowledge of Singapore labour laws and legislation, including the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices
At least 3 years of proven experience in mass and/or specialised recruitment
Proficient with SuccessFactors and its Applicant Tracking System, or an equivalent system
Familiar with recruitment channels and platforms used for active sourcing, such as JobStreet and LinkedIn
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to convince and manage stakeholders
