Sr / Assistant Manager, Programme (Research Office - Contract)

About the role

You will support the planning, implementation and daily operations of research programmes in behavioural health, brain health and population health. You will work closely with Principal Investigators, researchers and stakeholders to drive programme delivery and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Your role includes managing resources and budgets, tracking deliverables and preparing reports. You will also support research activities that advance healthcare outcomes and innovation.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Health Services Research, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Public Health or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in programme management, research administration, project management or healthcare operations
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Experience managing budgets, tracking deliverables and preparing reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
