About the role
This role sits with the Offboarding team in Group HR Shared Services, handling employee separation processes across NHG institutions. It suits someone with HR operations or shared services experience who is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing high volumes of transactions. The position is offered on a six-month temporary basis.
What you'll do
- Administer end-to-end separation processes covering resignations, retirements, contract expiries and other exits
- Process separations in HR systems accurately and within agreed service levels
- Prepare and manage separation documentation such as resignation acknowledgements, exit letters and clearance forms
- Coordinate clearance activities with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and employing institutions
- Process work pass cancellations where applicable
- Keep employee records updated accurately
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding offboarding actions
- Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries professionally
- Maintain proper documentation and records retention
- Act as the main point of contact for offboarding enquiries and escalate complex cases appropriately

Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services or HR administration
- Experience in employee lifecycle administration or offboarding is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems is preferred
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
