Sr Associate Executive

What you'll do

• Observe patients taking TB medication in real time via smartphone, computer or tablet while protecting their privacy.
• Verify each patient's identity and location, and check that their TB medications are correctly identified and laid out.
• Interview and educate patients about side effects and respond to their concerns.
• Watch patients identify and swallow their medication in the correct order.
• Confirm the next appointment with the patient and book it in the system.
• Keep timely and accurate records of patient information.
• Report medication events, missed doses and interrupted observations promptly to the supervising nurse.
• In a medical emergency, call an ambulance while continuing to monitor the patient online.
• Work with other healthcare staff to keep the video-observed therapy service running smoothly.
• Take on other duties and administrative tasks related to clinical work as assigned by your supervisor.
