About the role
This role sits within the Clinical Research & Innovation Office, supporting the Innovation and Research Implementation Support unit. You will help clinical teams and internal stakeholders move research and innovation projects into clinical care settings, while also handling research compliance and regulatory oversight. It suits someone organised and detail-oriented who enjoys coordinating across many parties in a healthcare or research environment.

Identify relevant grant opportunities and assist teams with administrative parts of grant preparation
Coordinate submission timelines, documentation and internal review processes
Help map project workflows and identify key institutional processes such as approvals and onboarding requirements
Liaise with stakeholders to help them navigate institutional procedures smoothly
Maintain and update project tracking databases covering milestones, outputs and outcomes
Collate data for reporting, including basic analysis of project metrics and performance indicators
Help prepare regular reports and dashboards to monitor progress and implementation outcomes
Consolidate project documentation, templates and learning points, and support a repository of best practices and implementation resources
Help prepare communication materials such as reports, presentations and success stories
Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials and documenting discussions for committees and working groups
Coordinate communications across stakeholders involved in IRIS initiatives
Support monitoring and compliance review activities for research and innovation projects to ensure adherence to approved protocols, SOPs and regulatory requirements
Document monitoring observations and support follow-up on corrective and preventive actions with project teams
Perform compliance reviews of research processes to identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities
Provide administrative and coordination support during audits, inspections and internal reviews, including follow-up on findings
Support initiatives promoting proper conduct of research and awareness of regulatory requirements
Help organise training sessions and share updates on SOPs and guidelines
Support institutional initiatives that strengthen research infrastructure and governance
Contribute to developing and improving research policies, guidelines and operational workflows
Take part in institutional committees, workgroups or taskforces related to research development and governance where required
Carry out other duties assigned to support the research office's mission and objectives

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Services Research or a related healthcare discipline
At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, clinical research support, project coordination or research compliance
Strong coordination and organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Basic understanding of clinical research processes, data governance or healthcare operations is advantageous
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and administrative capabilities, especially for research documentation, protocols and regulatory requirements
Familiarity with project tracking tools and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
