You will work with sales and field engineering teams to drive adoption and growth of the Databricks platform for key customers. You will act as the post-sale technical lead across Databricks products, guiding customers from win to production. You will build and execute account strategies, coordinate internal teams, and report on usage and customer health. You will also resolve technical escalations and support customer enablement and product adoption.
