When
You will work on NAND device operation, reliability testing and product qualification, and drive process and device technology development to meet performance and reliability specifications within project timelines. You will design process experiments, break down problems clearly and analyse inline, probe, parametric and reliability data using device physics understanding. You will also develop and use AI tools to speed up learning cycles and advance NAND device capability. The role involves leading cross-functional teams across design, process and device groups, and working with product engineering, TCAD and process integration teams. You will report project status, outlook, problems, actions and deliverable timelines to global cell and management teams.
