About the role
This role sits in the Client Incentive Operations team, which manages client incentive agreements for the Asia Pacific region and works out the accounting treatment for each deal. You would oversee how incentive programmes are run and improved, keeping them in line with strategic goals and compliance rules. It suits someone with deep operations experience and a good grasp of the payments industry who enjoys process and system work.
What you'll do
- Handle accounting and reporting for client incentive agreements in line with US GAAP and internal policies
- Review contracts to decide the right financial treatment and track incentive performance
- Help redesign finance processes, spot inefficiencies and automate routine tasks like journal entries and reconciliations
