About the role

This role drives new business for Pismo's payments and banking technology solutions across Southeast Asia, working within Visa's sales team. You will own strategic opportunities end to end, from prospecting through to contract signature, and build senior relationships with financial institutions and ecosystem partners. It suits an experienced enterprise seller who is comfortable with complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a competitive market.

What you'll do

Build, nurture and run a steady pipeline of opportunities across key markets and segments
Partner with regional leaders and partners to cover the region and grow revenue
Apply structured, value-based sales methods to move deals to close
Meet booking and revenue targets
Develop relationships with peers and senior leaders across functions and global teams

Manage several initiatives and stakeholders in a complex, competitive environment

Use financial knowledge to structure deals that maximise value across the partner ecosystem

Encourage collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to keep goals aligned

Apply problem-solving and project management skills to deliver results

Originate, develop and close strategic opportunities, including commercial deal structuring and negotiation

Location: Singapore

Requirements

10+ years in B2B sales, business development or account management in payments, SaaS, banking, financial services or fintech
Proven record of originating and closing new business with financial institutions and strategic clients
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, bookings and growth targets
Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Able to apply structured sales methodologies and value-based selling
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business cases and commercial agreements
