Drive manufacturing excellence, equipment performance and productivity across semiconductor fabrication facilities. Develop and execute strategies to improve equipment capability, factory output, cost competitiveness and technology readiness. Work with global manufacturing teams, technology development organisations and equipment suppliers to define long-term roadmaps and deploy innovative solutions. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve CVD equipment performance, reliability and cost efficiency. Use advanced analytics, digital manufacturing and AI-enabled tools to accelerate decision making and operational improvements. Mentor engineers and support technology transfer, process qualification and high-volume manufacturing ramps.
