When
You will review route manifests before pickups to ensure the right products are collected from each customer within the designated time frame. You will inspect the vehicle before departure and load and unload parcels safely to prevent damage, spillage or loss. You will keep your supervisor informed of any traffic delays or concerns and maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders. You will complete all necessary paperwork during pickups, report any mispicks, and follow company safety standards. You will always show professionalism with customers, including proper dress attire representing the company.
