Technically lead a global cross-functional team focused on operational excellence with site chemical systems engineers
Support all sites, including on-site presence for critical failures
Support TPM implementation and alignment for chemical systems
Drive utilities quality improvement through variation reduction using SPC
Align common methodologies such as SPC, conformance, SIPPs, MOC and 8D problem solving across the network
Identify and deploy cost reduction and energy reduction efforts for gas systems
Assess and ensure effective PM and predictive maintenance programs, procedures and checklists
Communicate regularly with site engineering and O&M teams on status and performance
Analyze and benchmark equipment performance
Develop training and certification programs supporting global and site efforts

Support sustainability project data acquisition and validation in central tracking
Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily engineering activities to improve efficiency, decision-making, data analysis and problem-solving
