When
You will develop and optimise assembly and packaging processes of record, set process windows and capability targets, and apply statistical methods such as DOE, SPC and Six Sigma to characterise manufacturing processes. You will lead root cause investigations using RCA, FMEA and OCAP, analyse failure mechanisms affecting yield and reliability, and drive corrective and preventive actions. You will use manufacturing, yield and equipment data to spot trends, build anomaly detection and predictive monitoring solutions, and work with digital and automation teams on AI-enabled process monitoring. You will support new product introduction, product qualification and technology transfers, and evaluate new materials, process technologies and equipment. You will also act as a technical resource, coach engineers on structured problem solving, and lead cross-functional teams across process development, manufacturing, yield, integration, reliability and equipment engineering.
