When
Provide nursing care and management for children with developmental delay and high-risk infants in an outpatient setting, working with doctors, psychologists, medical social workers, education facilitators and therapists. Perform baseline screening of children with developmental delay. Communicate with clients to identify and assess their needs, and provide counselling and education while ensuring follow-up actions are carried out. Maintain proper documentation of all activities in the IT system or case notes, and adhere to hospital, department and nursing procedures, standards and practices. You may also be assigned ad-hoc tasks by the Nurse Manager, and are expected to show self-direction, teaching and communication skills while supporting the smooth operation of the department.
