About the role
This role sits within the Advanced Packaging and Central Team (APACT) under the Package Development Engineering (PDE) group, based at MSB in Singapore. You will drive cross-functional programs, supplier engagement, organizational operating rhythms, and people-focused initiatives that support cost savings, capacity readiness, and team effectiveness. It suits an experienced program or operations professional with a semiconductor or manufacturing background who can work across technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
What you'll do
Lead cross-functional programs that deliver cost savings, productivity gains, and priority business outcomes.
Strengthen organizational communication by consolidating inputs, clarifying priorities, and ensuring information flows across teams.
Design, coordinate, and sustain people-focused programs covering capability, engagement, collaboration, and cohesion.
Manage initiatives such as brownbag forums, upskilling, recognition activities, talent development discussions, and TLP progression support.
Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, standard work, knowledge sharing, and employee experience.
Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness while complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within your scope.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related discipline
8+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, technology operations, program management, supplier engagement, technical cost management, business operations, or a related environment
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across stakeholders
Strong executive communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prepare clear leadership-ready materials and updates
Demonstrated capability in one or more of: cost savings, supplier engagement, scale and capacity programs, business operations, program governance, or people programs
