Staff Product Manager, Monetization (AI-Native)

About the role

Define and ship ShopBack's data product strategy, packaging proprietary data into high-value products that generate new revenue streams. Work as a senior independent contributor reporting to the CPO, collaborating across Data, Ads, and Merchant teams. Explore how purchase signals can power measurable advertising experiences and identify new revenue surfaces. Layer AI on top of data to build smarter audience segments, predictive signals, and automated ad optimisation tools. Define how data assets are productised, priced, and distributed, and work with merchant sales and partnerships teams to commercialise data products.

Requirements

• Built or monetized data products before
• Understanding of closed-loop advertising and purchase data
• Ability to apply LLMs, ML models, or heuristics to data problems
• Commercial acumen in revenue models and data pricing
• Stakeholder influence across cross-functional teams
• High ownership and ability to ship without perfect conditions
