Stewarding Supervisor - NoMad Singapore

About the role

You will supervise stewarding operations during your assigned shifts, making sure all kitchen, banquet back-of-house and food service areas are cleaned to a high standard. You will guide and train the stewarding team, monitor their performance and keep them motivated. You will manage cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment, including daily and monthly inventory checks and monitoring breakage or loss. You will ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards, complete FSMS checklists and keep dishwashing and polishing equipment clean. You will also coordinate with kitchen, F&B and banquet teams so that clean crockery, cutlery and glassware are always available for service.

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in stewarding operations
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Valid health certificate or ability to obtain one
• Able to work in a physically demanding, hot and fast-paced environment
