Oversee the daily operations of a PandaMart store to keep things well-coordinated and productive. Set up and implement SOPs, and coach the warehouse team to work efficiently. Manage end-to-end inventory processes including inbound, stock handling, storage and timely order dispatch. Supervise staff, handle manpower scheduling, hiring, training and appraisals, and ensure store operations meet agreed SLAs and KPIs. Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
