You will own the governance of logistics performance across regional markets, managing OKRs, KPIs and strategic initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions. You will prepare executive presentations and business reviews for senior leadership. You will also lead PMO governance and planning for major logistics peak events, ensuring operational readiness and continuous improvement.
