About the role
This role covers both strategic supply chain planning and hands-on warehouse execution at a highly automated manufacturing site in Singapore. You will work with global supply chain, finance, outsourced operations and procurement teams to keep material flowing to production. It suits a methodical, safety-focused supply chain professional who is comfortable moving between planning meetings and the warehouse floor.
What you'll do
Lead demand review, build plan assessment, capacity planning, inventory risk assessment and customer supply assurance.
Work with Global Supply Chain, Finance, Outsourced Operations and Procurement on product demand, consignment inventory, supply plans and material readiness.
Review Material Requirements Planning for multi-tiered component structures including electronic sub-assemblies, mechanical parts and plastics.

Oversee supplier quality, traceability and incoming material controls with Procurement and Quality, including vendor qualification and Supplier Corrective Action Reports.
Build, test and maintain supply chain resilience plans such as dual-sourcing, strategic safety stocks and logistics disruption mitigation.
Manage chemical and adhesive vendors, covering procurement lead times, transit timelines, shelf-life controls and temperature-sensitive storage.
Ensure safe, compliant warehouse operations across receiving, storage, staging, kitting, line-side delivery, material handling and transportation.
Champion occupational health and safety across warehouse operations, including Material Handling Equipment, racking layouts, ergonomic picking stations and PPE compliance.
Drive environmental compliance for chemical storage, expired materials, scrap handling and disposal of adhesive packaging.
Monitor operational metrics including order cycle time, fulfilment accuracy, inventory turnover, scrap rates and supplier on-time-in-full performance.
Apply Lean warehouse, 5S and slotting optimisation to improve space use and reduce handling time.
Act as functional lead for Supply Chain and Warehouse during internal and external ISO certification audits.
Lead, coach and develop material planners, buyers and warehouse kitting teams.
Keep ERP, MRP and Warehouse Management System records accurate for real-time material visibility and traceability.

Full-time position.
ISO 22301 business continuity familiarity is preferred.
SAP or equivalent system experience is preferred.
Lean Six Sigma, forklift licence or ISO internal auditor training is an added advantage.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related discipline
Strong experience in supply chain planning, warehouse operations, inventory management and factory material flow in manufacturing
Practical exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements
Working knowledge of manufacturing ERP, MRP and Warehouse Management Systems
Understanding of electronic assembly components, Bill of Materials structures, material traceability, supplier quality and inventory control
Familiarity with chemical storage requirements, safety data sheets, FEFO controls and temperature-sensitive material handling
