Supply Chain Manager – PMC

About the role

You will lead the PMC's supply chain oversight for a major solar, BESS, HVAC transmission, and subsea interconnector project. You will provide independent assurance and governance across procurement, manufacturing, expediting, logistics, customs, materials management, and supplier performance. You will monitor EPC contractors and international suppliers to ensure critical equipment and materials meet project requirements and schedules. You will identify supply chain risks and drive mitigation plans. You will report to project leadership on procurement status, supplier performance, and delivery forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in project procurement, supply chain management, and logistics within large-scale capital projects
• At least 8 years in senior supply chain leadership roles managing multidisciplinary and international teams
• Proven experience supporting major EPC/EPCI projects from execution through commissioning
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex international supply chains across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong experience in manufacturing surveillance, supplier performance management, expediting, and quality oversight
