When
You will lead end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across Singapore, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer management and onboarding handover. You will also support selected office recruitment assignments based on market and regional priorities. You will partner with hiring managers and P&O teams to understand workforce needs, critical vacancies, hiring timelines and role requirements. You will build proactive talent pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, networking and market mapping. You will maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and track key hiring indicators. You will ensure a thoughtful, timely and respectful candidate experience at each stage.
