Team Lead, IT support APAC

About the role

You will lead a regional IT support team of five people across Singapore and Bengaluru, covering both dedicated support and hybrid support/engineering roles. You will set the short, medium and long-term vision for the team, automate repetitive tasks and improve internal IT systems and workflows. You will also manage performance, coach and mentor your team, and work with regional management, HR, Compliance, Procurement and Workplace Experience. The role is hands-on, so you may step in to help with support when needed, and it requires a strong in-office presence in Singapore.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of people management and leadership experience in IT support, technical support, engineering or a similar technical environment
• Deep administrative experience with cloud tools and identity providers such as Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf and Slack
• Robust experience managing MacOS environments
• Hands-on knowledge of ticket management systems and data analysis
• Proven track record of using scripting or automation to reduce manual workloads
• Strong technical understanding of meeting room equipment such as Logitech and Zoom Rooms, event spaces and monitoring tools like Grafana
