About the role

Lead a team of software engineers building and evolving Adyen's Global Cards platform for the APAC region. Work with Product Managers, Architects and engineering teams to deliver new functionality across the Cards domain. Coach and develop engineers, foster a culture of ownership, and help shape the technical direction of a core payment domain. Collaborate with teams across Europe, APAC and North America to build products that scale globally.

Requirements

Experience leading and developing software engineering teams
Strong software engineering background in large-scale distributed systems (Java or similar)
Experience coaching engineers through mentorship and feedback
Comfortable leading technical discussions and architectural decisions
Experience working with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills
