When
You will support Stripe's largest and most complex users by building trusted relationships and providing strategic consultations. You will work with the wider Operations team to share information and resources, and help deliver a gold standard experience through support channels and documentation. You will also work across Stripe and user organisations to develop operational solutions involving fraud, disputes, declines, product adoption, and global expansion. You will lead user-facing meetings in person and by video, and contribute to the design of the support offering.
