You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology teams across APAC, partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align on hiring priorities. You will lead sourcing, candidate outreach, interview process management, offer support and closing. You will build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals and recruiting events. You will share data-informed updates on hiring progress, pipeline health and risks, and adapt plans as business needs change.
