About the role
This role leads the delivery of physical and technical security systems projects across a global organisation, based at a Singapore technology centre. You will manage the full project lifecycle for systems such as access control, CCTV, intruder detection, visitor management, intercoms, control room technology and integrated security platforms. It suits an experienced programme or project manager who has worked with enterprise security systems in complex, multi-site environments.

Oversee installation, commissioning, testing, acceptance and operational handover of technical security systems
Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, security standards, governance requirements and site constraints
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues and change controls, escalating where needed
Manage CAPEX and OPEX for all Technical Security Services
Own and maintain the global technical security programme roadmap, prioritising projects against business needs, security risk and lifecycle requirements
Manage programme-level budgets, resources, dependencies, risks and benefits across the portfolio
Develop business cases and investment proposals for technical security initiatives
Ensure lessons learned and benefits realisation activities are completed after delivery
Oversee delivery of integrated security technologies including access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, video management systems, intercoms, barriers, turnstiles, visitor systems and control room solutions
Review technical designs, drawings, specifications, method statements and commissioning documentation for suitability and compliance
Work with IT, cyber security and infrastructure teams to ensure systems are networked, secured, maintained and supported
Support development and continuous improvement of technical security standards, system specifications and project delivery templates
Ensure accurate asset records, system documentation, warranties, certificates and maintenance information are completed and handed over
Provide technical assurance across design, installation, integration, commissioning and acceptance of security systems
Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions after significant system failures, service interruptions or technical security incidents
Maintain oversight of system lifecycle, obsolescence and future technology needs to support long-term security strategy
Drive continuous improvement of technical security standards, solutions and delivery methodologies
Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external delivery partners during project delivery
