About the role

Support the Engineering team in maintaining the hotel's facilities, equipment and systems so operations run safely and without interruption. Carry out daily maintenance, repairs and inspections across electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, refrigeration and mechanical systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest room defects, and perform preventive maintenance on schedule. Keep accurate records of works and inspections, and coordinate with external contractors when needed. Follow workplace health and safety, fire safety and hotel standards at all times.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent technical certification in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 1–3 years of engineering or maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or commercial buildings
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and engineering safety practices
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
