Technology Associate Programme - Cybersecurity

About the role

Join GovTech's three-year Technology Associate Programme in Cybersecurity and help protect the digital services and infrastructure that Singapore relies on. You will work with experienced engineers, security specialists and product teams on real government systems, with structured rotations, mentorship and hands-on projects. You can choose from three tracks: Security Testing, Cyber Defence or Product Engineering. You will build technical expertise and leadership potential while contributing to Singapore's cyber resilience.

Requirements

• Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
• Graduating from university and able to start work in 2027, or less than one year of work experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related discipline, or strong technical aptitude and genuine interest in cybersecurity
• Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity through internships, coursework, CTF competitions, personal projects or self-directed learning
• Curious about how systems are attacked and defended
• Enjoy collaborating and communicating technical findings clearly
