Technology Associate Programme - Design

About the role

Join GovTech's three-year Technology Associate Programme in Design, where you will design digital services and products that improve the everyday lives of people in Singapore. You will build a foundation in user-centred design while working with experienced designers, product managers and engineers on real products. Through structured rotations, mentorship and hands-on project experience, you will deepen your design craft and gain exposure to different problem spaces across the public sector. You may conduct user research, shape product experiences and design intuitive service flows. You will also receive leadership training and engage with senior leaders.

Requirements

• Singapore citizen or Singaporean Permanent Resident
• Graduating from university and able to commence work in 2027, or less than one year of work experience
• Degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, Industrial or Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related discipline, or demonstrable strong design capability
• Interest in user-centered design shown through portfolio, internships, coursework or personal projects
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or equivalent
• Enjoy collaborating, communicating ideas clearly and learning through feedback
