Technology Associate Programme - Product Management

About the role

Join GovTech's three-year Technology Associate Programme in Product Management or Product Operations. You will learn how digital products are built, operated and improved to solve real problems for people in Singapore. As a Product Manager, you will learn to understand problems, conduct user research, define success measures, write user stories and work with design and engineering teams. As a Product Operations Specialist, you will support process improvements, gather operational data and coordinate across teams. You will work on well-scoped problems with guidance from experienced practitioners and collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and other partners.

Requirements

• Singapore citizen or Singaporean Permanent Resident
• Graduating from university and able to commence work in 2027, or have less than one year of work experience
• Degree in any discipline
• Curious about users, technology and how digital products solve real-world problems
• Able to break down a problem and explain thinking clearly
• Willing to gather evidence rather than rely only on assumptions
