Telecommunications Technical Lead

About the role

Lead the design and delivery of ICT and telecommunications infrastructure for mission-critical data centre projects across APAC. Work with internal engineers, consultants, contractors and vendors to develop standardised designs, single-line diagrams and rack layouts. Provide technical oversight on structured cabling, fibre networks, security and controls systems, and review design submissions and construction drawings. Act as the primary client representative for telecommunications matters and support project teams with risk mitigation and engineering recommendations. Maintain project documentation and contribute to QA/QC standards and design guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Computer, Information Technology, Network Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in ICT, telecommunications, networking, low-voltage systems or critical infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, fibre optic networks, network architecture and data centre connectivity
• Professional accreditation such as PE, CEng, BICSI, CCNP, CCIE or RCDD preferred
