Temp Medical Records Office Assistant

About the role

You will join the Medical Records Office team to process medical report applications and handle enquiries from phone, email and walk-in channels. You will sort and scan medical records, and retrieve physical records from the store. You may also be activated to work on Saturdays for department projects lasting 2 to 3 years. Other duties may be assigned by the department.

Requirements

• Diploma or A-level qualification, or relevant work experience
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
• Good at managing emails and drafting replies to external customers
• Comfortable communicating with internal and external customers by phone and face-to-face
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel or Word
• Comfortable learning IT software applications such as NGEMR, SAP, and MRMS
