About the role

You will work on the frontline at clinics, guiding patients through online and onsite registration, appointment scheduling and payment matters. You will also help patients find their way to the right service locations. In addition, you will assist doctors and patients during consultations, carrying out basic patient assessments such as fall risk questionnaires, height and weight measurements, and blood pressure taking.

Requirements

Diploma, GCE 'O'/'N'/'A' Level or Certificate in Clinic Practice/Healthcare (Administrative Support) or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
Ability to speak a second language or dialect is an advantage
