About the role

Support the Translational Research Office by drafting and reviewing industry partnership and research-related agreements. Coordinate reviews and negotiations involving multiple institutions, and track timelines to ensure continuity of in-progress agreements. Help maintain and update SOPs, templates and policy documents. Provide administrative and coordination support during the cover period.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in health sciences or related disciplines
Prior experience in research contracts management or related administrative work preferred
Familiarity with national research funding landscape and grant schemes an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and manage timelines
Meticulous, organised and proactive
