About the role

This temporary role supports the operations team at SATS Food Solutions, based at the Inflight Catering Centre 1. You will help keep rosters, staff records and training arrangements running smoothly across sections. It suits someone organised, detail-oriented and comfortable picking up new systems quickly.

What you'll do

Update rosters and shift changes in the relevant systems
Send weekly summary updates to the operational section
Take part in end-user training, user acceptance testing and parallel runs of new systems
Keep staff particulars up to date in the relevant systems
Arrange rosters and training for operational staff

Organise medical assessments for staff renewing their ADP licence

Manage lockers, laundry and uniform matters

Handle staff queries such as leave-related questions

Support staff with new IT systems, the leave balloting system and OnePeople

Help departments with emergency preparedness and the supply and distribution of ART kits

Support company or business unit events

Be cross-deployed across Food Solutions sections when needed

Carry out other duties and special assignments given by the section head

Requirements

Diploma in any discipline preferred
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational and planning skills
Able to learn new systems, processes and procedures quickly and adapt local practices to industry standards
Able to work in teams, work at a detailed level and understand the bigger picture
Good oral and written communication skills
