Temporary Executive (Admissions & Information Management )

About the role

Handle enquiries on the Admissions Hotline and log them, and contact applicants and students about submitting application and enrolment documents. Assist with data cleaning of student records such as addresses and contact numbers, and check graduand registration cards via softcopy. Support enrolment exercises by scanning photographs, printing matriculation cards and distributing them to schools, following up on outstanding documents, and e-filing student dossiers. Help with ad-hoc graduation registration and other operational activities.

Requirements

• Qualifications in any discipline
• Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail for data entry and verification
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
