Temporary Project and Facilities Management Executive (11-month contract, hourly rated)

About the role

Conduct preventive maintenance audits and checks to verify completion and compliance with maintenance requirements. Review Job Completion Sheets and supporting records from service providers before payment. Perform site inspections and walkthroughs of campus facilities, plant rooms, and building services installations. Support projects by reviewing quantities and participating in site walkthroughs with consultants. Assist in reviewing and refining Schedules of Rates (SORs) and final account submissions, including variation orders. Compile, validate and maintain project, maintenance and asset-related records, reports and documentation, and coordinate with contractors, service providers, consultants and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Prior experience in construction, facilities management, quantity surveying, project administration, or accounting/administrative functions related to building and infrastructure projects
• Able to read and interpret construction and FM documents such as Bills of Quantities (BQ), Schedules of Rates (SOR), variation orders, work orders and construction-related documents
• Comfortable conducting site inspections, physical checks and walkthroughs in construction sites, plant rooms and operational facilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
