When
You will conduct reassessments and provide client care, progressing individual and group therapy sessions including client education and caregiver training under the supervision of a therapist. You will assess, evaluate, plan and treat residents and clients with various disabilities and conditions. You will consult therapists on care plans and rehabilitation progress, and assist in quality improvement projects. You will also conduct training for therapy assistants, students and other care staff, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams from other business units to ensure a good client experience.
