When
You will support speech therapists in assigned tasks within your training and competency. Duties include preparing therapy sessions, setting up equipment and resources, and cleaning used items. You will help prepare patients before, during and after sessions, and assist in implementing therapy tasks under supervision. You will also support caregiver training, give feedback to the primary therapist on patient progress, and ensure patient safety and infection control. Other tasks include checking and maintaining equipment and inventory, following hospital policies, and handling administrative duties as assigned.
