About the role
This is a senior leadership role overseeing the Trade Payables Finance business across Asia South, covering eight countries. What you'll do
Take overall ownership of the Trade Payables Finance business across eight countries in Asia South.
Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across countries, clusters, and global functions to meet set objectives.
Lead a team of Product Managers, including performance reviews, hiring, and disciplinary matters.
Develop and communicate a business plan, coordinate team procedures, and resolve client issues.
Lead innovation with external partners and alliances, managing relationships and agreements.
Assess risk in business decisions, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and escalate control issues.

Full-time position based in Singapore.
Master's degree is good to have.
Requirements
12+ years of relevant experience
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, specialized analytics or related discipline
Prior exposure to various forms of trade finance, structuring, and dealing with trade platforms
Broad experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development and analytics
Ability to work in a large network organization across cultures, time zones and geographies
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes
