About the role

This role supports the North-South and East-West Lines by managing public communications during service disruptions and daily operations. You will work with various teams and external partners to keep commuters informed and improve their travel experience. It suits someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Develop communication plans and share information with the public through audio and visual channels.
Monitor social media for trends and potential issues.
Provide updates and alternative travel options to commuters, especially during train delays.
Coordinate with external agencies.
Raise fault requests to the relevant departments.

Good to know

You will work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

Diploma in any discipline
Able to converse and make public train announcements in both English and Mandarin effectively
Good inter-personal and communication skills
Able to work independently and in a team with diverse backgrounds
Highly motivated
Able to work under pressure
