About the role

You will investigate payment problems using data, customer reports and stakeholder input. You will use SQL, Python or similar tools to test hypotheses and find patterns. You will identify practical solutions and lead the work from start to finish. You will work with Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations and external partners to drive action. You will measure results and improve how the team works.

Requirements

Strong practical data skills (SQL, Python or similar)
Understanding of payment systems and full payment flow
Ability to form and test hypotheses with incomplete evidence
Experience driving solutions and influencing stakeholders
Comfortable leading without formal authority
Clear communication of complex findings
